How can we audit application creation, deletion, and application type selection in EPM Cloud?

Summary: We are trying to determine whether Oracle EPM Cloud provides an audit trail for application lifecycle events, specifically application creation, deletion, and the application type selected during creation (Planning, FreeForm, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, EDM, etc.).

The Application Audit feature tracks activity within an application after it has been created, but in our testing we have been unable to identify where the initial application creation event, application type selection, or application deletion events are recorded.
