Import Costs FBDI via OIC – Child Programs Not Triggered

Summary:

Issue with Import Costs FBDI via OIC

When I submit the Import Costs job through OIC, the Import Cost process completes successfully, but the subsequent child programs are not triggered.

However, if I download the same file from UCM and upload it manually through the Scheduled Process, all child programs run successfully.

Has anyone faced a similar issue when submitting Import Costs through OIC? Any guidance on what could be different between the OIC submission and manual UCM upload would be appreciated.
