Issue with Move Order to Existing Shipment

Summary: The business has a requirement to move new orders into an existing shipment while maintaining the original shipment stop sequence
Scenario

Initially, there are 15 orders consolidated into a single shipment in OTM.

Later, the business needs to move a new order into the existing shipment when the new order's destination location already exists as a stop within that shipment.

New Order Destination Location: 789

Existing Shipment: 15 stops

Shipment Stop #9 has destination location 789

Issue Observed

When the new order is moved to the existing shipment, OTM automatically re-sequences the shipment stops. As a result, the original stop sequence is modified, and users must manually re-sequence the shipment stops to restore the expected order.
