Updated country names for Taiwan and Hong Kong: ISO-3166

Summary:

There has been a request from our APAC region to look into potentially updating the country names for Taiwan and Hong Kong to "Taiwan, Province of China" and "Hong Kong, S.A.R. of China". I understand that Oracle Cloud HCM relies on locked ISO-3166 standards for baseline country tables, and that system-delivered country names like Taiwan cannot be directly overwritten or renamed natively in the Manage Geographies task. When researching online, under ISO-3166 Taiwan is listed as 'Taiwan (Province of China)' but sovereignty it is disputed. Has anyone else has run into this and what actions were taken (if any)? Just
