Worker Has Multiple Open-Ended Home Address Records and Cannot Update Address

Hi all,

We have a worker who somehow ended up with two Home Address records in Person Management, both showing as open-ended (no end date), and both with the same address on file. One of them is set as Primary, the other isn't. The employee actually wants to move and update their address, but we can't get past this duplicate first.

When we go into Person Management → Addresses and try to delete or end-date the non-primary duplicate, we get blocked. We also tried updating it to add an end date, but that didn't go through either.
