Always Free Ampere A1 instance disabled – request temporary re-enable to resize down to free limits

Hello Oracle Team and Community Moderators, My Always Free Ampere A1 compute instance has been automatically disabled too. I realize it is currently oversized beyond the 2 OCPU and 12 GB RAM Always Free allocations, and I need to scale it down to keep it within the Free Tier compliance limits. Could a moderator please temporarily re-enable the instance so I can perform the resize? I will immediately halve the resources to 2 OCPUs and 12 GB RAM upon access. Here are my tenancy and instance details:

  • Home Region: us-east-ashburn (IAD)
  • Current Specs: 4 OCPU / 24 GB RAM
  • Target Specs: 2 OCPU / 12 GB RAM
  • Instance OCID: ocid1.user.oc1..aaaaaaaazik5uaygn72gqz52ookhbyb6oqamwq4eqxynkx2g57h4t37wgnrq
