FIX for taking backup for this issue [Always Free A1 instance disabled after 2 OCPU/12GB enforcement

As we are not getting any response on this issue, best you can do now is to take your backup from disabled ARM VM, here are steps I followed and it worked for me.

1. Spin up Always free VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro instance (Copy the OCID once its Up)
2. Go back to Storage→Bloc Storage→ Boot Volume
3. click on rescueDisk and goto attachedInstance section.
4. Click attach to instance
5. Choose iSCI
6. Enter instance OCID (Copied earlier)
7. Click attach.
8. Once attached click on three dots click iSCi commands and configuration, it will give you three commands like:
9. sudo iscsiadm -m node -o new -T iqn.xxxxboot:uefi -p 169.****.2.3:3260
