Always Free A1 instance disabled - unable to resize to 2 OCPU / 12 GB

Hello,
my Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance in eu-frankfurt-1 was disabled after the recent Always Free allocation change.

I am trying to resize it to the new limit of 2 OCPUs and 12 GB RAM, but every action fails with:
Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.



Could you please re-enable the instance so I can resize it to 2 OCPUs / 12 GB?
