Open reconciliation due to balance change - Urgent

There are a few Transaction Matching groups where users do not manually load transactions or post GL adjustments. All transactions are loaded through Data Load integrations.

Currently, two periods are open: Jun'26 and Jul'26.

The Jun'26 reconciliations were already closed during Jul'26,

while Jul'26 reconciliations are currently being prepared and submitted by users in Aug'26.

We have identified a few Jun'26 reconciliations that have been reopened, with the reconciliation history showing "Reconciliation Opened by User due to Balance Change." Refer Screenshot. Note - There is no balance change identified.

Since users cannot make changes once a reconciliation is closed, we are trying to understand the cause of this balance change. From the Admin side, no activities or updates have been performed for
