UK Ethnicity Capture Options

Summary: We would like to have a 2 part ethnicity capture where the first selection is an ethnic group and the second selection dynamically presents the subgroups.

Given the employee is in the UK legislative group and if the employee lives in England or Wales, then Ethnicity choice list has a values of: 1. White, 2. Mixed ethnicity, 3. Asian or Asian British, 4. Black, Black British, Caribbean or African, 5. Other Ethnic Group.

Given the user selects "White", then they are presented with the following options: 1. English, Welsh, Scottish, Northern Irish, British 2. Irish 3. Gypsy or Irish Traveller 4. Roma, 5. Any other White background.
