Should dotted line reports come up on My Team > Learning under 'Directs' filter?

We have additional manager types applicable to a person, in addition to 'Line Manager'. We observed that the dotted reports are also showing under 'Directs' filter on the My Team > Learning > My Team page. My expectation is that only those reports where Manager is 'Line Manager' should come up under the 'Directs' filter and dotted reports / indirect reports should be displayed when the Enrollments filter is set to 'All Reports'.

Please let me know what is the expected behavior. We have an SR opened with Oracle for more than a month now for this issue.
