Always Free A1 instance disabled after 2 OCPU/12GB enforcement - already compliant, request reenable

Hello Oracle Team,

My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance in Germany Central (eu-frankfurt-1) was administratively disabled following the August 18, 2026 Always Free Ampere A1 limit enforcement.

Console message on any action request: "Instance <OCID> is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."

Current situation:

Affected instance: VM.Standard.A1.Flex, 2 OCPUs / 6 GB, which is already within the new 2 OCPU / 12 GB entitlement.

I had a second A1 instance (2 OCPUs / 18 GB). I have already terminated it, so my tenancy is now fully compliant.

No resize is needed on my side. The instance only needs to be re-enabled.
