My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance has been administratively disabled

My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance has been administratively disabled.

The instance was already within the current Always Free allocation before it was disabled:

  • Shape: VM.Standard.A1.Flex
  • OCPUs: 2
  • Memory: 12 GB

When I try to start or modify the instance I receive:

“Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.”

The instance is already compliant with the current Always Free entitlement of 2 OCPUs / 12 GB.

Could you please re-enable the existing instance so I can continue using it?
