How can I use Job Function Meaning with Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL)

When I try to create a new spreadsheet template and update information for our Jobs one field I need to update is the Job Function. The only option in Spreadsheet Attributes is Job Function Code, not Name. Then when I try to modify the attribute in Configure, I've tried putting "Meaning" in what is returned to the spreadsheet template and that works where it provides the Meaning. However, when loading this it always fails unless I have the code.
