Fixed Column Width on Forms 2.0

in EPM Platform and Freeform

Hi,
sorry it sound like a supid question.
On a Webform (Version 2.0) I would like to have that the Headercolumn for the rows has a fixed width.
It is automatically getting bigger if the member description gets longer and it is shrinking again when the member is not seen anymore.
So the other columns are 'jumping' while you are scrolling.
Is there a way to avoid this?
