We have observed that after restarting the Oracle Reports Server, the pending reports start spooling successfully. Could you please confirm what causes the Reports Server to stop processing/spooling the reports and whether there are any known errors or conditions associated with this issue?

This will help us determine whether the Reports Server restart can be considered as a standard recovery action.
