Export to excel from Receipt Lines Infolet for all inventory organization

Summary:

Export to Excel from the Receipt Lines Infolet does not consistently export data when All Inventory Organizations are selected.

We are trying to export the Receipt Lines data from the Receipt Lines Infolet for all inventory organizations. The export works successfully when an individual inventory organization is selected. However, when All Organizations is selected, the Excel file is downloaded with only the column headers and no data.

We expect the Export to Excel functionality to consistently export the Receipt Lines data for all accessible inventory organizations whenever All Organizations is selected.
