Hello Expertise,

There is a requirement for Open shift employees who will come at any time and work for 9 Hrs per day.

As per the system, This requirement is configure through Duration - Work Pattern but the challenge here is while generating schedule, system doesn't this employees who have duration work pattern for scheduling and states that "No Shift is assigned to these employees".

Kindly suggest the solution to handle this requirement as there are group of employees under this Duration work pattern categories which should be part of Scheduling.
