Unable to add the certain person number for employee's contact details.

We have to add some certain Person number for example "A12345" , to Employee's dependent information. Is there any hdl template we can use to add this in oracle fusion hcm or is there any way to achieve this.The person number generation method is manual and initial person number is null.
