Narrative Reporting Notes only accessible with FCCS Service Admin role

Hi Everyone,

We are facing an issue with Narrative Reporting (NR) Notes integration where FCCS is our source EPM application, and we would appreciate insights from the community or Oracle Product Management.

Current Architecture & Issue:

  • We have configured Management Reports with inline grid Notes in Narrative Reporting, sourcing dimensions and data from an FCCS cloud instance.
  • Non-admin users (User and Power User roles across both Narrative Reporting and FCCS) are unable to view or enter Notes.
  • The Notes functionality works only for users who hold the Service Administrator role in the source FCCS application.
