Always Free A1 instance disabled in eu-amsterdam-1 — urgent request to temporarily re-enable

in Arm Compute

Hello Oracle Cloud Team and Community Moderators,

My existing Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance in eu-amsterdam-1 was administratively disabled after the August 2026 Always Free resource limit reduction.

Current configuration: 4 OCPUs / 24 GB RAM
Target configuration: 2 OCPUs / 12 GB RAM
Console state: Stopped

All instance actions are rejected with the following error:

"Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."

I want to remain on the Always Free plan and do not want to upgrade to a paid account. Please temporarily re-enable the instance so I can immediately resize it to the compliant 2 OCPU / 12 GB configuration.
