Different Accrual Calculation for Employees with identical setup.

We are encountering an issue with accrual calculations in Absence management across multiple absence plans and would appreciate your guidance.

As an example, two employees are enrolled in the same absence plan (Anniversary Plan June) , have the same grade and hire date (23-Jun-2014), and are assigned to the same accrual band matrix. Both employees complete 12 years of service on 23-Jun-2026
