Does oracle allows back dating a revaluation prior to a cost adjustment to an asset?

Summary: An asset acquired with DPIS 1/07/25 entered in Dec-2025, Cost Adjustment performed in Jul-2026. Asset book is sitting in Oct-2026.

User is trying to perform Upward/Downward Revaluation to back date it prior to 1/7/2026 but encountered with an error message:

You can't enter this transaction because other transactions were entered for this asset after this date.

The Revaluation transaction type for ID couldn't be completed for asset number.
