Using Ledger agent we are able to create a monitoring prompt but not able to see the same

When we click on Insight tab - we are only able to see the oracle defined prompt but not the custom/user defined one which we created due to the same the user defined prompt is not being used for querying the data in the overview tab as expected

has anyone faced this issue and how did you defined a custom prompt and been able to access the same.
