Edit agent in a way to identify that it should flag Recruiter about any candidate from specific org

Summary:

Hi, we are in 26C and using the Agent 'Job Application Insights Generator', where using AI it generates scores based on the Job posting details and comparing the requirements across the candidate's resume for the section of Education, Skills and Experience. Our customer wants to customize the standard agent to flag the recruiter that if the candidate has worked in a specific organization example 'Opera House', then AI should convey the Recruiter to reject the candidate. Or AI can do the score 0 and specify in the comments that "So and so candidate has worked in the XYZ organization, hence its not acceptable".
