OTBI ANALYSIS PIVOT TABLE SUM TOTAL ON EACH ROW FOR SPECIFIC COLUMNS

We wish to identify how to create the columns in blue and green. I need to know what needs to be created on the Criteria (I assume a custom formula for each summary column) and where and what treatment on the pivot table on the results tab. Any help is so appreciated :)

***Unfortunately, OTBI provides no basic fundability to easily do this based upon results, thus we have to create the calculation separately.
