Redwood - How to hide the "Delete" button for Phone and Email details on the Contact info page

We need to ensure that under the 'Contact Info' page in Fusion HCM, there is always at least one email and phone available.
Can we add this validation using redwood to either hide the 'Delete' button if it is last row (for phone/email) or raise error if the user tries to delete the last row? If not redwood, is there any other way to handle this requirement?
