Issues with Registration Number Mass Update using Party Tax API

We are trying to mass update Third Party Site registrations API shows success but UI shows no registration and an error -
ZX-885555: "A tax profile already exists for this party site"

We are trying to mass update existing suppliers Tax registration numbers at site/address level. We are using the API provided - /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05
When doing a download no Third party Tax profile was found, so one was uploaded with the country and registration number.
The API completes successfully, but the UI is showing an error now when navigating to the page - ZX-885555: "A tax profile already exists for this party site" and no registration is shown.
