Why doesn't the AI Assistant locate Dimension members in a request?

Summary:

When generating a request (example Top 10 Revenue Accounts for July Period-To-Date), the AI Assistant misses Accounts which should be included in the Top 10. Upon asking the Assistant why this was missed, the agent replies "Account XX is not visible in the current report grid view" but the Accounts are visible.
