Unable to interact with Report Package review cycle in Smart View

Summary:

When trying to access a report package review cycle using Smart View, the active review cycle is greyed out, even though it can be interacted with and commented on in the web interface.

I can't seem to figure out why this is the case. To my understanding, review cycle functionality exists in the NR Smart View extension. Any thoughts on why this isn't working as expected? Thanks!
