Human Approval Node and Loop Back Node – Unexpected Behaviour

Summary:

I would like to understand the behavior of the Human Approval Node when Approval is turned off and only Feedback is enabled.

In my flow, the Human Approval Node is connected to a Loop Back Node. When I configure the Loop Back Node to loop back to another node in the flow, I observe the following behavior:

• The flow loops back correctly for the first three attempts.
• However, on the fourth attempt, instead of looping back to the configured node, the flow automatically proceeds forward to the next node.

Is this the expected behavior of the Human Approval/Loop Back functionality? Is there a limitation on the number of loop iterations, or is this a known issue/bug?
