Worklist Nudges 26C

Summary:

In 26C, Oracle introduced nudges that send to the worklist.

I tried configuring the new worklist nudges by updating my existing nudge plans for both not started and not completed journey nudges - but I am getting inconsistent results. For some people it will send both the email and the worklist and for other people it only sends the email.

Has anyone gotten this new functionality to work that might know what is going on? I can't find any rhyme or reason to what the system is doing?
