Oracle fusion HCM data synch using OIC/HDM adapter

Summary:

We have a requirement to synchronise delta changes from Oracle Fusion HCM to downstream systems in real time where Oracle HCM is source system and initiates flow (or as close to real time as supported by the platform) . It is the flow from Oracle HCM to OIC to downstream.

There is no requirement for downstream applications to invoke Oracle HCM on demand. We understand that a synchronous, real-time pattern is possible where a downstream application calls OIC and OIC invokes Oracle HCM APIs (for example: Downstream System → OIC REST API → Oracle HCM REST Services). However, this is not our use case.
