As an Admin i am not able to see escalate option in the actions dropdown in transaction console

Summary:

I am not able to see escalate and delegate options in the transaction console actions drop down can someone assist me on how we can add the escalate option in the actions tab i did check the BPM worklist access setting escalate is checked for admins as well.
