Career Advancement Command Center 26C – Required Profile Option and Privilege Missing

Hi Everyone,
We are currently working on enabling the Career Advancement Command Center for employees in our Oracle HCM Cloud 26C environment.
As per the Oracle 26C documentation, we understand that the following prerequisites need to be completed:
- Enable the profile option ORA_HRT_SKILLS_ENRICHMENT_ENABLED so that the Add to Profile functionality is available in the Your Skills Profile widget.
- Create/update the appropriate custom role and inherit the following role:
ORA_HCM_IRC_EMP_WF_AGENT_ACCESS - Assign the privilege IRC_ACCESS_CAREER_ADVANCEMENT_COMMAND_CENTER_PRIV to provide employees access to the Career Advancement Command Center quick action.
