Error on launching as an employee in page Me>time

Summary:

When i try to login as an employee and access Me> time ( Navigator> Me>time), it shows the employee calendar age , with an error "(You can't complete this transaction because your person information is incomplete. Contact an HR specialist or other HR administrator. (HRT-975099)"
This is a seeded page and the issue is replicable in Oracle demo instance provided viz demo.oraclecloud.com as well. we do not see nay issues with employee data as all other screen are loading without issues
