Approved Timecard Still Showing in Missing Timecard Report

Team, The timecard is approved and available for the period, but it is still being displayed in the Missing Report (Standard Time Card Details Dashboard → Count → Missing Time Cards Listing). We suspect this may be related to the Compliance Rule. Has anyone faced a similar issue? If so, could you please share any inputs?
