Lost MFA App and Bypass Code

Hello, I recently formatted my phone and lost access to my Authenticator App. I used my only bypass code yesterday, and now it is invalid. I am completely locked out of my tenancy and cannot manage my resources. Could an administrator please help me reset my MFA?
