User Unable to Launch Self-Paced SCORM Course

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have an issue with a single learner who is unable to launch a self-paced course in Oracle Learning Cloud.

Issue Details:

Learner is enrolled in the self-paced course.
When the learner clicks Launch, the OLC eLearning Player displays the error:

"An error occurred while launching your learning item."t

I reassigned he use still issue presist.

The content, course is active the course have single attempt. Admin page is responsive and learner page is redwood.
