Scheduled Processes - Preventing Overlapping of scheduled Job Set Executions

We have a Job Set that is scheduled to run every 30 minutes, but one of the child job expected to run more than 30 minutes occasionally so expecting Job set to take more than the 30 minutes when the next run could start prior to previous run completed.

We want a guidance on how to prevent next run to start and make it wait until the previous run completed. Overall we want to prevent overlapping of two Job Set
