Audience options when creating a Recommendation Profile

Summary:

When creating a Recommendation Profile for Skills, I am not seeing all of the Audience options - I can only see the 3 listed below. If I add the seeded HR Specialist role to my user, I can see other options including Person, Job and Directs.

We do not use the seeded HR Specialist role, so I am trying to figure out which specific privilege or role that is within the HR Specialist role, that I need to add to our custom role. When I run a Role compare, I’m not seeing anything that would be related to this. Is anyone able to advise what I need to add to our seeded role to resolve this?
