Hi all,

We have a client requirement in Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management (UK Legislation) regarding the interaction between an Occupational Sickness Qualification Plan and intermediate Stringer Leave (authorized leave).

Current Setup:

• Absence Plan: Occupational Sickness Qualification Plan (UOM: Calendar Days)
• Plan Term: Rolling backward, 12 Months
• Qualification Date Rule: Absence start date
• Entitlement Definition Type: Formula
  
• An employee is on sickness absence and has partially or fully exhausted their sick pay entitlement bands (e.g., 100% Full Pay and 50% Half Pay).
