Free Tier A1 instance disabled after 18.08 limit change - request re-enable to resize to 2 OCPU/12GB

Hello,
My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance was administratively stopped-disabled after the August 18, 2026 Free Tier limit change. The instance previously used 4 OCPUs and 24 GB memory. I need temporary re-enablement so I can resize it to the current Always Free allocation of 2 OCPUs and 12 GB memory. Region: [Switzerland North (Zurich) - Home Regioneu-zurich-1]

Current console message: "Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."
I understand the new limit and will reduce the instance to 2 OCPUs / 12 GB immediately after re-enablement. Please advise or re-enable the instance temporarily.
