User unable to view contracts after assigning privileges and adding to contract team

in Enterprise Contracts

User cannot view contracts despite having Contract Work Area privileges and being added as a Team Party.

I am facing an issue with user security/data access in Oracle Enterprise Contracts.

Setup completed:

  1. Assigned privileges/roles to Manage Contract Work Area and View Contracts.
  2. Added the user under the Parties / Team tab on the contract.

Issue:

Despite the setup above, the user is still unable to view the contracts in the work area
