Asset (Totes) duplication issue in Facility and Company

The Assets (Totes) should not be company- or facility specific, as totes can be used across facility with multiple companies and sometimes with multiple facilities as well when used with interfacility transfer orders.

When 1 asset (Tote) is shipped along with OBLPN from Company A and then received back in Company A and then shipped with the OBLPN of company B it get created in Company B Assets UI screen. so in this way same Asset is now created in both companies A and B but physcially it is only 1 physicall tote/wooden pallet. it will cause wooden pallet physical count mismatch.
