Error when accessing Manage Maintenance Work Area

Hi everyone,
I am facing an issue in Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance where I cannot access the Manage Maintenance Work Area page.
Here is what I have set up so far:
Created a new Organization.
Assigned the Maintenance Manager and Field Request Administrator job roles to the user.
Granted the appropriate Data Access for this organization to the user.
Ran the necessary LDAP and user synchronization processes (like Import Users, User and Roles Synchronization, etc.).
