BPA cancel error for open order

Hello,

I got an error for cancelling BPA.

In error message, it says there are some open order. But actually there not.

If somebody knows how to resolve it, tell me please.

details;

1. search open order with BPA name. → Nothing
2. search open order with Item Number in BPA. → Nothing
3. Has that BPA ever been used? → Yes, for 2 orders.
4. BPA status is open? → Yes.
5. We need to make the BPA status cancelled for using report.
