Does Oracle Fusion Content Intelligence offline support?

We are performing an architecture assessment for Oracle Fusion Content Intelligence with AI Agent Studio and require an official Oracle confirmation regarding disconnected operation.

Please confirm whether Oracle Fusion Content Intelligence supports any of the following:

• Operation when the field location has zero connectivity to the Oracle Fusion Cloud POD
• Offline/disconnected retrieval of previously indexed Knowledge content
• Edge or on-premises deployment of Content Intelligence
• Local/edge inference
• Downloadable/local copy of the Content Intelligence search/vector index
• Private/local endpoint capable of serving Content Intelligence while disconnected from Fusion Cloud

Oracle documentation states:

“You can use connectors in your AI agents only if Oracle Database 26ai is provisioned on your Oracle Fusion Cloud Application POD.”
