BICC Incremental Extract Not Capturing Item EFF Updates

Hello,

I am testing incremental BICC extraction for item extensible flexfields using:

FscmTopModelAM.EgpItemsPublicModelAM.ItemEFFBIFlattenedVO

Test performed:

  1. Ran a successful full extract.
  2. Updated an item EFF attribute.
  3. Ran the next incremental extract.
  4. The delta file completed successfully but contained only the header.

LastUpdateDate is selected and configured as the incremental field. The same behavior occurs for both single-row and multi-row EFF attributes.

Please confirm:

  1. Is ItemEFFBIFlattenedVO supported for BICC incremental extraction?
  2. Does an EFF-only update update the timestamp used by BICC?
  3. What is the supported incremental key?
  4. Should context-specific BICC EFF PVOs be used instead?
  5. What are the exact PVO names for item EFF extraction?
