Unable to access Security Console / manage users & roles in Oracle Fusion demo instance

Hi all,

I have access to an Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM) demo instance through a single provided user account. However, I'm unable to perform any security administration activities with it. Specifically, I cannot:

• Access the Security Console
• Create, add, or delete roles (custom or seeded)
• Create new users or provision roles to users

I need this access because I frequently need to add users to the environment for demo and hands-on practice purposes.
